Thomas Wright House Hotel - Byers Green

The room featured a plush bed that ensured a restful night, and the hot tub offered a perfect retreat after a long day. the excellent shower and huge jacuzzi bath added a touch of luxury, making my experience all the more enjoyable.

I did notice a minor inconvenience with the Wi-Fi connectivity;

everything was simply amazing. the place was perfectly clean with an attentive staff who were on shift. the place had a quiet atmosphere.

Well, it was a very comfortable stay of 3 nights. The rooms were spotless and airy and had a fantastic layout. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and it was great having central heating, an iron and ironing board, and an electronic key card. The hotel's location was peaceful in the hot tub garden.

We recently stayed at thomas wright house and had a wonderful experience. the hospitality was excellent, with warm welcomes from the staff who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. our room was nicely decorated, and the breakfasts were delicious, offering plenty of options. we also enjoyed time in a lovely field nearby, perfect for our dogs. the evening meals were delightfully cooked and presented, making our stay enjoyable. we felt valued and appreciated throughout our visit.

It was relaxing, spotless and with the hot tub.

The room was sweltering, making it nearly impossible to sleep comfortably. Even with the fan running and the window wide open, it felt like we were battling a heatwave. A real air conditioning unit would have made a world of difference.

The bathroom was recently refurbished and enjoyed hot water on demand-super tidy and comfy stay! The mixed gluten-free options were a good surprise.

We enjoyed thrilling performances under the stars and had a blast exploring nearby attractions. The place was clean and the service was great. Plus, there's a lovely lady who helped us with takeout and provided everything we needed! Totally recommend staying here.

The car park could use some improvement. It was a bit rough with gravel patches, which wasn't ideal for our motorcycles.

The food was delicious, especially the breakfast made with quality ingredients, and everything was immaculate! The staff went out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed . I did find the parking area a bit rough, which could use some improvement.

Charming Stay with Really good Service

We enjoyed a good evening meal, with staff going above and beyond to accommodate our early breakfast request. The Phenix Suite offered a luxurious spa bath-the perfect delight after a long day supporting our daughter. Highly recommend for a cozy getaway.
